On the scattering problem for a discontinuous boundary value problem

We study Sturm-Liouville Boundary value problems with discontinous interior to interval. When the boundary condition includes the spectral parameters, the scattering problem on the half plane [0, ∞) is considered. For the problem, the scattering data is defined and the properties of the scattering data are investigated.
